Shop Policies

Each piece at tini craft co. is handmade (with love!). Due to the handmade nature of the items there may be slight imperfections.

Please handle your items with care. While they're made to use and wear, don't forget they may also be delicate.

Shipping Policy:

Ready made items will ship within three business days. Custom orders will have a individual turn around time designated in the item specifications. 

Cancellation Policy:

Any order may be cancelled prior to an item shipping. If you have received an email with a tracking number you may not cancel your order. 

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item within the first 14 days after receipt you may return for a refund. The item must be in new condition. All cost associated with return shipping and risk of return is assumed by the buyer. Refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the item. As each item is one of a kind, exchange will not be an option.
